1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QR Connect ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

QR Connect provides a platform for creating dynamic QR codes that link to multiple URLs, including social media profiles, payment links, websites, and custom links. The Service allows users to:

• Create and customize QR codes
• Add multiple links to a single QR code
• Upload custom logos and branding
• Generate downloadable QR code images

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Activation

After payment, your account must be approved by an administrator before you can download your QR code. We reserve the right to approve or reject accounts at our discretion.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 Pricing

The Service is available for an annual subscription fee of ₹999 (Indian Rupees). This fee is non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made through UPI or other payment methods as provided. All payments must be completed before account activation.

4.3 Subscription Period

Subscriptions are valid for one (1) year from the date of payment. You will be notified before your subscription expires.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed subscriptions. If you have concerns about your subscription, please contact our support team.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, links, and information you add to your QR code. You warrant that:

• All content is legal and does not violate any laws or regulations
• You have the right to use and display all uploaded logos and images
• All links are accurate and functional
• Content does not infringe on any third-party rights

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to:

• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spread malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights, remain the property of QR Connect and its licensors.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant QR Connect a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 QR Codes

You own the QR codes generated through your account and may use them for any lawful purpose. However, you may not resell or redistribute the Service itself.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. However, subscription fees are non-refundable.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
